To inaugurate the Forkenbrock Series on Public Policy, this symposium features national experts in transportation finance and economics. Speaker will address innovative approaches to financing, identification and evaluation of economic impacts, as well as shifts in public policy for future transportation projects. The symposium  honors David Forkenbrock, the founding director of the Public Policy Center and a national leader in highway finance research.
