Aging Mind and Brain Initiative Inaugural Symposium

This one-day symposium was for direct care health professionals, researchers, and policy makers whose focus is to improve the lives of aging individuals within the limits of their genetic predisposition. The purpose of this event was to educate the audience about challenges affecting the health of the aging mind and brain and offer expert advice for improving the quality of life and treatment of patients and their families living with cognitive brain disease.

The symposium took place on March 23, 2012 in Urmila Sahai Seminar Room (2117 MERF) at The University of Iowa.
