Data Science Institute - Introduction to Stata

The Data Science Institute is a four-day series of workshops that teaches participants the basic building blocks of coding in the fields of Biological, Physical, and Social Sciences, and Digital Humanities. 

On January 9, from 8:30am to 12:15pm, Dr. Frederick J. Boehmke will cover the basics of data preparation and manipulation in Stata. Topics will include importing data, merging and combining data sets, cleaning data, variables, variable manipulations, loops, and data visualization.
