Elizabeth Menninga, assistant professor in the University of Iowa Department of Political Science, will present "Mediation to end civil wars: Assembling the Dream Team" for the Iowa City Foreign Relations Council (ICFRC) luncheon at noon on Wednesday, Nov. 8. The Public Policy Center is a co-sponsor of the luncheon.
