This is the second lecture of the R workshop series. The workshop will provide a quick introduction to quantitative analysis in social science with R. The workshop will cover three aspects of analytic techniques: descriptive statistics (calculating sum, mean, variance, etc.), OLS model and diagnoses, and advanced models (e.g., interaction model, nonlinear model, and basic MLE models). No prior knowledge of R or any other statistical software is required. Example code will be provided.
