Kate Degner is an assistant professor of STEM and mathematics education at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA. Prior to serving in her current position, she was a high school mathematics teacher. In addition to work at St. Ambrose Kate also teaches STEM extension courses for the Belin-Blank Center at the University of Iowa during the summers and weekends.
