In order to gather information about the prevalence and extent of gambling issues within Iowa families, parents were asked a series of questions about gambling in the household.

 

Just over 1% of children lived in a household with a reported gambling problem. Gambling problems included casino gambling, lottery tickets, online betting, sports betting, cards/poker, pull-tabs, and touch games.
