Behavioral/emotional care

Thirty percent of Iowa's CSHCN needed behavioral or emotional care in the previous year. Only four percent of children without special needs reported need for this type of service. More CSHCN were also unable to get needed behavioral/emotional care (i.e., unmet need) in the previous year (12% vs 8%).
