Nguyen's Tax Limit Repeal Article Featured on Radio Show

Public Policy Center researcher and assistant professor in the School of Urban and Regional Planning, Phuong Nguyen, was featured recently on a Fort Dodge radio talk show for his award winning article in the National Tax Journal, "Tax Limit Repeal and School Spending."  The article presents evidence that the 1986 tax limit repeal on small city school districts (SCSDs) in New York State made no significant impact—either immediate or gradual—on the spending of the SCSDs, and earned Nguyen the "Distinguished Research and Development Award" by the International Association of Assessing Officers.

Nguyen was interviewed for the show, Devine Intervention at AM 1400 KVFD. Listen to the interview below.
