Human Factors and Vehicle Safety Director Dan McGehee presented today (March 31, 2014) at the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine's Engaged Driving Symposium in Washington, DC.

In 2013, the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM) assembled a group of leading researchers on distracted driving. These experts will present their most current findings and future priorities at the symposium, which  will coincide with the release of a special issue of the AAAM journal, The Annals of Advances in Automotive Medicine, with papers authored by the group of researchers.  McGehee's topic was "Visual and Cognitive Driver Distraction Metrics."
