PPC Social Science Policy Researcher, Daivd Frisvold, to Speak at Hawkeye Lunch and Learn Series

David E. Frisvold is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Iowa and policy research here in the Social Science Policy program.  Overall, Professor Frisvold’s research agenda explores the role for government policies to enhance education and health outcomes, especially aimed at reducing obesity.

On Wednesday, November 12, at noon in the Iowa Theater, Iowa Memorial Union, Professor Frisvold will give a presentation at the Hawkeye Lunch and Learn series titled, "Public Policy and Personal Health: Effective for combating obesity."  This event is free and open to the public, but space is limited.  RSVP here.
