ISRC Supports Active Ottumwa Study

Dr. Barbara Baquero, Assistant Professor in Community and Behavioral Health at the UI College of Public Health, is working with the Iowa Social Science Research Center (ISRC) on an Active Ottumwa study. The project encourages adults to be physically active and focuses on the use of Ottumwa Parks & Recreational facilities. The ISRC conducted telephone interviews with 1000 residents of Ottumwa. See Dr. Baquero's KYOU FOX News interview about the project here.
