Kuthy and McKernan Publish Iowa Dentist Workforce Trends Atlas

Raymond Kuthy, professor emeritus in the Department of Preventive and Community Dentistry at the UI College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics, and researcher in the Health Policy Research program, and Susan McKernan, assistant professor in the Department of Preventive and Community Dentistry at the UI College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics, and researcher in the Health Policy Research program, have compiled an atlas of dentist workforce trends in the state of Iowa.

The atlas uses data from the Iowa Dentist Tracking System (IDTS), and describes 20 years of historical dentist workforce trends since the inception of IDTS in 1997. You can access the full report, or download sections of the atlas here.
