Locke Awarded Fulbright Grant for 2019-20

Leslie Locke, assistant professor in the Department of Educational Policy and Leadership Studies at the UI College of Education, and summer scholar-in-residence in the PPC Social and Education Policy Research Program, was one of three Iowa faculty members to be awarded a Fulbright grant for 2019-20. Locke will co-teach a graduate course at the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán in Mérida, Mexico.
