Dawn Bower

Dawn Bower recruits, trains, schedules, and manages Iowa Social Science Research Center supervisors and research interviewers. Bower coordinates regularly with project managers regarding project-specific expectations, staffing needs, quality control measures, and technical support for research in the social sciences. Bower has previous experience in a call center environment that includes supervising and training in addition to her experience in Patient Financial Services at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
