Biography

Michael Jones is a professor in the Department of Biostatistics in the University of Iowa College of Public Health and in the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science in the UI College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, and a Senior Scientist in the Center for Comprehensive Access and Delivery Research and Evaluation (CADRE) at the Veterans Administration Health Care System in Iowa City. He was the recipient of the College of Public Health's Faculty Teaching Award in 2003. His current collaborative research projects deal with study design and analysis for projects in the areas of health services research, dentistry, general medicine, environmental health and psychiatry.
