Travel Behavior

Every day Americans have to make decisions as to where, how, what and when to drive, bike, walk or take public transportation. In addition, a huge proportion of the country's goods are transported by trucks, whose drivers likewise face a series of choices that can impact safety. Research on travel behavior choices includes looking at choices of route, speed and attitudes toward safety. Other TRP studies consider the interaction between health and available transportation choices.
