ISRC Workshop: Introduction to Stata

This workshop will offer a basic introduction to Stata. Participants will be introduced to the Stata interface, command syntax, do-files, and basic functions (e.g., opening a dataset, summary statistics, etc.). We will also discuss how to manage single and multiple datasets. This is an introductory workshop appropriate for those with limited to no familiarity with Stata. Participants will be asked to set up their Virtual Desktop prior to the workshop day. Instructions for setting up Virtual Desktop and example code will be provided.
