ISRC Workshop: Data Management and Data Mining Using Python

In this workshop, you will learn how to manage and analyze data using several built-in libraries provided by Python. You will be using useful data structures to easily import the data and clean the given data to fit your purpose of analysis. Then, you will be exposed to the basics of machine learning algorithms that are used to discover the patterns in the data and predict unknown future events. We will use sklearn python package to use the functions for the analysis. Example codes will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops to follow along.
