ICFRC Luncheon: Political Elites in Putin's Russia: Ideology, Foreign Policy, and Public Support

Danielle Lussier, Associate Professor of Political Science at Grinnell College, will present this week's topic.

The PPC is a co-sponsor of the Iowa City Foreign Relations Council (ICFRC) community luncheons, which seek to promote understanding of international issues with expert speakers from around the world.
