PPC Wins Commonwealth Fund Grant

The PPC has been awarded a grant from the Commonwealth Fund to examine the effect of the health care reform law (aka the Affordable Care Act-ACA) on the health care safety net for uninsured, Medicaid and other vulnerable patients in Iowa. Project leader and PPC Director Peter Damiano said that "the results of the project will serve as a model that other states could use to achieve a high performance health care system for their vulnerable populations."
