ISRC Grants Team helps Cram garner AHI project support

Body

The Iowa Social Science Research Center (ISRC) Grant Development team helped E Cram, assistant professor of Communication Studies, and Gender, Women’s, and Sexuality Studies, garner an Arts and Humanities (AHI) grant. Cram’s $6,623 award will support a project to examine the collaborative community process of restoring the Johnson County Historic Poor Farm (JCHPF), an Iowa public historical site, and how this process reframes discussions of relationships between disability and environmentalism. Cram also intends to create a podcast around the project. Congratulations!

The ISRC provides grant support, plus many other services for researchers on campus. Check out our website, or contact us at isrc-info@uiowa.edu.
