Tracee Saunders is a PhD/MS candidate in political science and health informatics at the University of Iowa. She is also an NSF graduate research fellow and a Better Government Lab predoctoral research fellow at Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy. Her research uses innovative methodological techniques to understand political determinants of access to health care and social welfare resources in the U.S. She has expertise in network analysis, machine learning, text analysis, multilevel modeling, spatial analysis, survival analysis, and experimental design. She also has expertise in the following languages and programs: Python, Stata, R, Java, SQL, ArcGIS.
