Kim Reynolds

Senator Reynolds was elected to represent Iowa District 48 in 2008. She represents the largest geographical district in the state, serving Clarke, Decatur, Adams, Union, Ringgold, Montgomery, and Taylor counties. Her legislative priorities include economic growth, rural Iowa infrastructure, streamlining government and technology. Senator Reynolds’ committee assignments include: Local Government ranking member, Economic Growth, Transportation, Environment and Energy Independence, Rebuild Iowa and Economic Development Appropriations subcommittee. Senator Reynolds is employed by ABC Virtual Communications, a technology company in West Des Moines, as Manager of Business Development. Prior to running for the Senate, Senator Reynolds served 14 years as the Clarke County Treasurer.
