Introduction to Spatial Data Management, Mapping and Analysis

This workshop is designed for those who are interested in learning about common spatial data structures, and basic spatial data handling. Participants will be introduced to online open sources for spatial data, basic mapping for publications and some common spatial analyses. The workshop will utilize the GIS platform ArcGIS Pro, which the University of Iowa provides access to. No background knowledge is required.
