ICFRC luncheon: Chasing urban cows in India: A fool's errand to mend an environmental crisis?

Paul Greenough, emeritus professor of modern Indian history and community and behavioral health at the University of Iowa, will present "Chasing urban cows in India: A fool's errand to mend an environmental crisis?" for the Iowa City Foreign Relations (ICFRC) luncheon at noon on Thursday, Dec. 14. The Public Policy Center is a co-sponsor of the luncheon.
