ICFRC luncheon: Maritime conflicts in the South China Sea

Sara Mitchell, F. Wendell Miller Professor in the University of Iowa Department of Political Science, will present "Maritime conflicts in the South China Sea" for the Iowa City Foreign Relations Council (ICFRC) luncheon at noon on Thursday, Nov. 30. The Public Policy Center is a co-sponsor of the luncheon.
