ICFRC luncheon: Venezuela in crisis

America Colmenares, professor of Spanish at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois, will present "Venezuela in crisis" for the Iowa City Foreign Relations Council (ICFRC) luncheon at noon on Tuesday, Oct. 31. The Public Policy Center is a co-sponsor of the luncheon.
