The Public Policy Center is co-sponsoring a "Last Dash" Holiday Fundraiser for the Crisis Center of Johnson County Food Bank at The Mill (120 E. Burlington, Iowa City) from 4 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 17.
The event will feature the local band, HomeBrewed, along with Kevin "B.F." Burt. Admission is a donation of $5 for kids, $10 for adults or three non-perishable food items.
Co-sponsors include the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics, the UI College of Public Health, the UI Obermann Center for Advanced Studies, UI Army ROTC, UI Air Force ROTC and the UI Veterans Association.
