Roger Taylor

Mr. Taylor manages the State, Local & Tribal Initiatives Group at the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado. With 30 years of experience in renewable energy technology development and application, his quest has been to expand and promote the use of renewable energy to support sustainable economic development both domestically and internationally. Mr. Taylor has extensive experience in collaboration and promoting coherent, tangible clean energy programs within states, communities, and Native American lands throughout the U.S.
