Iowa Public Radio host Ben Kieffer talks with David Daley, former editor-in-chief of Salon magazine who has written about redistricting, and Tracy Osborn, an associate professor of political science and director of the PPC's Politics and Policy Research Program at the University of Iowa. Daley and Osborn participated in the PPC's event, "Is Redistricting Polarizing America?" on Feb. 15, 2017.
