Only two of four health insurers left in the Iowa ACA exchange

Two of the four health insurers in Iowa that sell individual health insurance plans on the Affordable Care Act state health exchange, Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna, have announced they will no longer offer those individual plans. PPC Director Pete Damiano spoke with Iowa Public Radio's River to River host Ben Kieffer.
