Feds say they haven't approved Iowa's plan to leave 215,000 without Medicaid provider choice

Pete Damiano, Director of the Public Policy Center and professor of preventive and community dentistry in the UI College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics, spoke with The Des Moines Register about a plan that would leave 215,000 Iowans without a Medicaid insurance carrier option.
