Jim Frogue

Jim Frogue’s primary areas of focus are Medicaid, fraud and consumerism. Previously, he served as Director of the Health and Human Services Task Force at the American Legislative Exchange Council to develop and disseminate market-oriented health policies among state legislators from 45 states. Mr. Frogue has served three Members of Congress, most recently as Legislative Director for Congresswoman Kay Granger of Texas. He also spent two years as the healthcare policy analyst at the Heritage Foundation, and was appointed by Speaker William J. Howell to the Virginia Council on Human Resources. Mr. Frogue has appeared on Fox News, the Fox Business Channel, and ABC’s Good Morning America, as well as on countless radio shows. His op-eds have appeared in The Hill, Chicago Sun Times, and the Washington Times, among many others. He is editor of the book Stop Paying the Crooks. Mr. Frogue holds a MA from Cambridge University and a BA from the University of Southern California.
