Lee Carmen

Lee Carmen is the Chief Information Officer and Associate Vice President for Information Technology at University of Iowa Health Care, providing strategic and operational support for information technology services at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and the Roy J. Carver College of Medicine. In addition, he is an adjunct faculty member in the University Of Iowa College of Public Health. Mr. Carmen has been managing information technology in academic medical centers for over 15 years. Prior to that, he was involved in developing computer systems in cardiovascular research. He has degrees in Microbiology, Mathematics, and Electrical and Computer Engineering.
