Paul Trombino is the Chief Operating Officer for Governor Reynolds and Lt. Governor Greg. Paul provides operational management and leadership of state government agencies. Before joining the Governor’s Office, Paul was the President of a regional professional services company and is the former Director of the Iowa Department of Transportation. Paul has bachelor degrees in Economics and Civil Engineering and, has Professional Engineer’s licenses in Iowa and Wisconsin.
