Sanctuary City Proposal Gets Another Look

Kevin Leicht, Director of the Iowa Social Science Research Center, recently commented on Iowa City’s sanctuary city proposal saying, "It's partly a way to say this is a welcoming place for diverse groups of people, as much as it's a way of saying we're not going to enforce immigration.”
