Occupy Movement Lacks Clear Message

ISRC Director Kevin Leicht was one of the experts interviewed for an article on the Occupy Iowa movement that appeared recently in the Des Moines Register. Leicht pointed out that the movement is at a critical juncture. In the article entitled, So far, Occupy Iowa movement has lacked clear message, well-defined goals, Leicht notes that, “The history of social movements basically shows that a lot of movements founder at the point of putting together a common message or common program.”
