Uninsured rate in Iowa falls since Obamacare

Only 5 percent of Iowans did not have health insurance coverage last year, according to new government data, a marked improvement from the period before implementation of the major provisions of the Affordable Care Act. Public Policy Center Director Pete Damiano commented on the lower rates of uninsured.
