Korns receives Fulbright to teach English in Russia

Samantha Korns, who worked at the ISRC as a student employee for three years and is currently an acting supervisor for the call center, has been selected to receive a Fulbright U.S. Student Program Award for an English teaching assistantship to Russia. Korns earned her B.A. in international studies, Russian and political science from the University of Iowa in 2016. 

Korns is one of a record 16 UI students and alumni who received Fulbright awards for 2017-18.
