Dave Cwiertny, director of the PPC's Environmental Policy Research Program and associate professor of civil and environmental engineering in the UI College of Engineering, spoke with River to River host Ben Kieffer about his experience in Washington, D.C. serving as a fellow for the U.S. Congress.
