Cwiertny talks environmental policy, politics

David Cwiertny, associate professor of civil and environmental engineering and director of the PPC's Environmental Policy Research Program, spoke about his year in Washington, D.C. serving as a staff member for the House Committee on Energy and Commerce on Wednesday, Sept. 20 at the Iowa City Public Library.
