Damiano Co-Moderates Session with US Senator Tom Udall

The Public Policy Center (PPC), along with the University of Iowa College of Law, co-sponsored a discussion with US Senator Tom Udall from New Mexico on October 1. PPC director Peter Damiano, and College of Law Dean Kevin Washburn asked the Senator a series of questions about issues such as the impact of the current political environment on political discourse and the ability to legislate effectively. They then opened up the Q&A to about 50 members of the community in attendance. The event was also live streamed.
