Bardhoshi Publishes Study on Motivation Among Group Psychotherapy Clients

Gerta Bardhoshi, senior research fellow in the Social and Education Policy Research Program, recently published a study in the International Journal of Group Psychotherapy exploring the patterns of adapted learning scales with a group psychotherapy patient sample. The goal of the study was essentially to analyze motivation among the sample population and measure client's goal orientation in group psychotherapy. They used data from 99 adult group members across 23 interpersonal process groups to investigate the psychometric properties of the Patterns of Adapted Learning Scales Group Psychotherapy Version.
