Sara Mitchell Receives NSF Grant

The Iowa Social Science Research Center recently helped Sara Mitchell, senior research fellow in the Politics and Policy Research Program, receive a ‘NSF Research Experience for Undergraduates’ supplemental award. The $20,000 award is for her ongoing research project, which highlights the importance of governmental policy in supporting natural disaster relief.
