Abdinasir Ali is a PhD student in the health management and policy program in the College of Public Health. His focal area of study is in health economics and uses econometric methods to study health outcomes and utilization in order to assess their impact on state and federal budgets. His most recent work focuses on the impact of Medicaid expansion on housing evictions across the 50 states and D.C.
