Eric Grimes has been supporting IT at the University of Iowa since 2011 and has a degree in cinema and informatics. After a year of working at the ITS HelpDesk he moved into Extended Technical Support (ETS) to provide support for specific department's information technology needs. He enjoys biking, movies, gaming, and spending time with his family.
