Nicole Tennessen

Nicole (Nikki) Tennessen is a PhD student in the Higher Education and Student Affairs program and an MA student in the Educational Measurement and Statistics program. Her research interests include supporting student success, institutional decision-making, and quality assurance in higher education. Prior to pursuing a PhD, she worked in institutional research and assessment roles where she coordinated academic learning outcomes assessments, facilitated regional and specialized accreditation process, and administered annual student surveys.
