Project Management Services

Our team offers project management and evaluation services for researchers, including both pre-award and post-award support. Pre-award services include planning, budgeting, grant development and submission, and initiation of routing forms through the Division of Sponsored Programs. Post-award support includes general project management, IRB assistance, sample recruitment, incentive management, data collection, data management, reporting, dissemination, and archiving.

Our experienced staff collaborate with clients and provide support throughout the IRB application and review process utilizing the HawkIRB system. Our staff can plan project milestones and timelines, develop cost estimates and budgets, identify sample sources, develop and test instruments for data collection, recruit and consent participants, manage incentives, coordinate translation and interpretation services, and manage other administrative processes.

Our data consulting services for researchers includes assistance with software programs, review of statistical analysis plans, assistance with statistical analysis and weighting, and survey or project design questions. We also facilitate administrative processes for clients on campus, such as managing purchasing approval and workflow.

Our research facility has space available to conduct multiple modes of research and field data collection (in-person, telephone, focus groups, etc.), and is equipped with technologies to meet client needs such as computer-aided telephone interviewing software, transcription software, and qualitative coding software and support. Our staff are available to travel to your location or to research subjects.
