Alexandros Ntelekos

Dr. Ntelekos is a Senior Risk Analyst in Willis, a global reinsurance broker. At Willis he serves as the research coordinator of the flood stream of the Willis Research Network (www.willisresearchnetwork.com) and he is an expert in catastrophe-models with a particular focus in floods and windstorms. Dr. Ntelekos holds an MSc in remote sensing hydrology from the University of Iowa and a PhD in the hydrometeorology of extreme events and urban flooding from Princeton University. His areas of expertise are Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP), flood forecasting, hydrologic modeling, remote sensing, and extreme hydrometeorological events.
